Britney Spears’ Protection Posse Pulls Gun on Paparazzo

Since rocking out of rehab, Britney Spears has continued working on her spiritual self by returning to her Christian roots.
However, at Sunday’s services, Brit and fellow churchgoers found themselves at a “Crossroads” between faith and fright when Spears’ security reportedly pulled a gun on a prying paparazzo.
The entertainment TV show “Extra” aired footage taken outside the star-saturated Bel Air Presbyterian Church which captured security pointing a gun toward a snooping male photographer. He was reportedly detained but later released.

Several stories identify the guard differently.

In that story he seems to identify himself as police.

In this story (has some good pictures) he appears to be a retired officer working with the church. What’s up with the license plate on that vehicle? And that guard looks like he could be in a movie.

Others refer to him as one of Britney’s people, one even called him a “goon.”

The photographer was foolish to go around stopped traffic like that. There is good reason why they would have police out there directing traffic. It looks like the incident happened at the entrance to the right of the building here on Google Maps. They have a lot of spread out parking.

Every story (except yours) I read identified the security guard as being Britney’s, not the church.

Drawing a weapon should only take place when in fear of your life or those you are protecting, not for a traffic violation.
