Hawking Network IP Camera Wireless G
Buy.com has the Hawking Wireless G Network IP Camera (HNC230G) on sale for $69 plus a $10 rebate (expires 12-30-2007) that drops it to $59. I have not used Hawking products in the past, but if you need a low cost camera to hook into a wireless network this looks like a good option. Since it runs as 802.11G it won’t drag your wifi down like a 802.11B would.
Hawking is also providing an place for viewing your network cameras online more easily. I just use an extra domain name pointed at our network IP and then use several port forwording or proxying tricks to get to the videos, but not everyone is interested in doing that.
