Yes, that image worries me too. It comes from the StopBaptistPredators.org web site.
Presuppositions: Sexual abuse is bad, allowing it is bad, ignoring it is bad, and your church can be damaged by it if you don’t do something about it.
I don’t have much to say about this, my opinion won’t add anything to the story. Just read the site and pass it around to your ministry and hiring staff, then take it seriously. The predator may not be who you expect, keep an active eye for anything untoward.
