Convenience vs. Security
The comic strip above came to mind on a recent evening when I found one particular door unlocked. I believe I know who did it and why. They did it for convenience. They did it so that they could work around the security procedures and let someone into the building after regular church hours.
How do you get the point across to people that security procedures are there for the ministry and they get the most out of them when they follow the procedures themselves.
