Follow-Up on Neosho, MO Shooting

Local newspaper (Lawrence, Kansas) writes: Shootings may have churches looking at security issues.

This article points out the interest people have in a secure church. They link to Church Security Services and a technical college church security program.

Another paper has an editorial calling out for gun limitations. I’m sure many of you will get a kick out of the article considering a recent discussion on the forum Packin’ Pastors.

A Springfield, Missouri newspaper includes a description of the church after the shooting and statements from a church member. It reminded me of a recent Self Defense Show podcast in which they referred to showing video of real violence and injury from violence when training people for self protection.

A Joplin, MO story about the storming of the church by officers with special-response training.
